Terrifying but true fact: Lithium batteries could burn the whole place down.
We’re pretty proud to have made it this far, so help us keep a good thing going; drop off any lithium batteries with our office when you get here, for our safety and yours.
This place is a dump—
and we couldn’t be more proud of it
You know us as the Eastern Laramie County Landfill.
Officially, we’re the “Eastern Laramie County Solid Waste Disposal District,” a special district serving Laramie County School District #2. (But we’ll talk trash with just about anybody.)
Most of our crew members are Wyoming natives, born and raised in the area. If you’re from around here, you likely went to school with one or two of us, or at least see us around town pretty often.
It (land)fills our hearts with pride to be here to serve you
